Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the patient and the operator of the dental clinic.
1. General Provisions
The operator of the dental clinic is Zdravý Zúbok s.r.o. with its registered office in Turňa nad Bodvou.
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by the clinic, including booking appointments through the website zdravyzubok.com.
2. Appointment Booking
Appointments can be booked in the following ways:
- Online via the zdravyzubok.com website - available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- By phone during office hours
- Clinic Photo
For online booking, the minimum lead time for appointment reservation is the next business day. The maximum lead time is 90 days in advance. After successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS message with appointment details.
No registration is required for online booking. At your first booking your details are registered in the system, and the appointment details together with a link to cancel or change the appointment are sent to the e-mail and SMS you provided.
3. Appointment Cancellation
Appointments may be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted online booking.

- By replying to the confirmation email or SMS
In case of failure to attend a booked appointment without prior cancellation (so-called no-show), the patient will be notified. Repeated no-shows (3 or more times) may lead to restriction of online booking.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for treatment is made directly at the clinic. Prices are listed in the price list on the website.

Prices listed in the price list on the website are indicative and include VAT. The exact price of treatment depends on the scope and complexity of the procedure. If a higher price is expected, the patient will be informed before the treatment begins.
Some treatments are partially or fully covered by public health insurance. Your attending doctor will provide information about coverage.
5. Rights and obligations of the patient

5. Complaints
We handle complaints individually and with maximum effort to ensure patient satisfaction. A complaint can be submitted:

We will respond to complaints within 30 days of receipt. We provide a warranty on prosthetic work (crowns, bridges, dentures) in accordance with applicable regulations.

The operator reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The current version is always available on the website zdravyzubok.com. The terms valid at the time of booking are binding for patients.
Relations not regulated by these terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic, in particular the Civil Code and Act No. 576/2004 Coll. on Healthcare.
